Smart Travel Deals offers its services as a booking agent hence all liabilities regarding parking of all vehicles lie with the service provider chosen by the customer at the time of booking.
Smart Travel Deals endeavors to bring you as smooth experience of airport parking as possible. Here we have outlined all the things you need to know in order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding our operations and the parking service itself before purchasing it.
The provision of any booking and the parking services are carried out solely with the understanding that the customer accepts fully and agrees completely with the terms and condition of both Smart Travel Deals and the parking service provider. Our terms and conditions are designed to keep our parking prices as low and possible within a pre-determined limit. It is vital that our customers appreciate that we bring you a variety of high value and budget product but in light of our terms and conditions offer mainly low-cost services.
Our terms and conditions are governed by English law and take effect when we provide you with a booking reference, either by phone, email or on the website.
If any section of these terms is deemed unenforceable, this does not render the entire contract unenforceable i.e. these terms are severable.
Smart Travel Deals reserve the right to change these Terms and subsequent conditions whenever they deem appropriate, but once you have made a booking the applicable terms are those which were on the Website at the time of booking.

Make sure to read and understand all the information about your service provider including their terms of services before purchasing their service package. If you have any queries or concerns about offered service(s), you must raise them before the booking is confirmed.
Bookings made on our website are deemed confirmed when the email containing booking reference number and other necessary details is sent to the email address provided by you on the booking form. If for any reason you do not receive the booking confirmation right away, you must contact us immediately to avoid any last minute issues such as no show / cancellation charges.
Bookings made via phone call or live chat will be deemed confirmed by operator upon providing a booking reference number.
All customer bookings are subject to availability and Smart Travel Deals reserves the right not to accept or fulfill any booking however they see fit. A booking should not be regarded as guaranteed place and Smart Travel Deals may cancel any booking if the appointed service provider is unable to fulfill a booking for any reason. Under such circumstances, a refund will be provided but Smart Travel Deals accepts no liability for any consequential losses or issues arising thereafter.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided correct contact details and read directions to your car park or your full arrival instructions for meet and greet.
All bookings are deemed non-transferable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure you have provided correct contact details, read directions to your car park properly and understand your full arrival instructions for meet and greet.
Please print out you booking confirmation email and bring it with you in order to enable our service provider to verify your booking and commence the services.
On booking one of our Mystery or Saver products, please make sure that you understand that while these facilities come at an otherwise lower price, the name of the service provider is not disclosed until the booking is confirmed. We do try to provide as much information as possible to help you make your decision whether or not this Mystery or Saver deal by this certain provider is acceptable by you. After the booking is made, we cannot be held responsible if the service is not suitable.
In some cases, Smart Travel Deals has to make a few changes after the booking is made. If any such changes and made to you booking, we will notify you. If the changes are not acceptable for you, full refund will be granted.
Most of our Service Providers don’t generally allow use of Dash Cam or Trackers while the vehicle is park with them due to insurance and security purposes. If your vehicle is fitted with such a device then you must check with Service Provider before making a booking to avoid future complications. Failure to alert about such a device may result in service refusal or manual switching off of these devices.
Service Providers may own multiple parking compounds and not all of those compounds will have same or full security measures indicated at the time of booking. Service provider may choose to move vehicles to their different compounds for their operational or security purposes especially during busy period.
Prices and Payments
All our quoted prices are for pre-booking and in GBP.
All bookings are subject to a booking fee that is non-refundable.
All payments for the bookings made on our website or the phone can only be completed by card payment. We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal payments. The payments may appear in your statement as from Acrologix UK Ltd.
If a payment made by card is declined, both Smart Travel Deals and the respective service provider reserve the right not to fulfill the services on that booking.
Service providers may charge an additional fee to cover any extras services or labour costs including terminal parking charges, delays and wider/large vehicles. Please check confirmation email beforehand for any additional surcharges. These charges are charged by the service provider/car parking company independently and bare no relevance or consequence to our advertised deal prices.
Should you choose it; a VAT receipt can be obtained from the relevant car park you booked. Smart Travel Deals acts as booking agents who can only show Gross Payment and cannot issue a VAT receipt. As per HMRC VAT Receipt Guideline, full VAT invoice/receipt can only be obtained from the principal operator providing required parking service.
Amendments and Cancellations
Any amendments or cancellations must be made in writing by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us at the number on our website quoting your booking reference number.
Any booking may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to drop off date except on certain non-flexible offers which are non-refundable. All cancellations will carry £15 administration fee unless cancellation cover was added to the purchase at time of booking.
If Cancellation Cover is purchased, it will allow you to cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to the departure date. You will get a full refund on your parking price minus the small booking fee and any upsells that were added at the time of booking.
No refunds will be given for any cancellation made within 48 hours of the drop off date or in case of a no show.
Bookings made within 48 hours of drop off date will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Cover does not apply on bookings made on a short notice or the same day, booked for the next day or in case of certain products where specified as such.
Any changes made within 48 hours of drop off date will carry an additional admin charge of £15 for each amendment made excluding any price differences. All changes must be requested via email. These charges will be non-refundable if this booking is cancelled in future. All cancellations or amendments prior to drop off date must be made directly through Smart Travel Deals in order to be deemed valid.
Any amendments to pick up date after drop off is completed must be informed directly to the service provider. Any additional charge will be payable to the service provide upon your return, subject to availability of space over the extended period.
Customers wishing to cut short the length of their stay, after the service has started, will still be liable to pay the full fee for the booked period of time. No refund will be given.
Non-refundable bookings that are made for Savers or non-flexible parking products will not be considered for cancellations and amendments
Cancellation / amendment requests can only be entertained within office hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm)
Once a cancellation or amendment is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used to make that booking.
For the cancellation and amendment timescales, the parking service will be considered to have started at midnight on the day before the commencement of the booked service.
Smart Travel Deals provides quotes by searching all the available airport parking service providers we have in our system. When you make a booking, you are deemed to have also read and accepted the relevant Service Provider’s Terms and Conditions. Though Smart Travel Deals assists you in making a booking, your service delivery contract is made with your chosen service provider and not Smart Travel Deals. As such you will be subject to their Terms and Conditions which may contain exemption clauses and limit each company's liability. Full details of these are made available from the individual car park.
Smart Travel Deals as booking agents for the service providers is only liable to the customer for their losses arising directly from its own negligence in processing the booking.
Any claims related to the delivery of the parking services including loss and damages must be made against the service provider and are subject to its terms and conditions. A copy of which can be provided by the respective service provider any time.
All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk and no valuables are to be kept in the vehicle as Smart Travel Deals offers no claim or warranty or indemnity as to the protection or safety any and all items left in the car or around parking premises. Owners of vehicles must understand that that their own insurance policies must be availed in order to make a claim if such loss or damage is incurred during the period vehicle is parked with service provider.
Smart Travel Deals is only liable for the claims raised only on the usage of this website and booking process upto the total cost of that particular booking for which the amount was paid to smart traveldeals.co.uk as per the contract. We are not liable for any consequential loss or damage of any kind. Customers are encouraged to get appropriate travel insurance for this purpose.
Smart Travel Deals provided its customers with as much information about available offers as possible before they make a booking. All the specific information about the product in question is provided by Service Providers. Therefore, Smart Travel Deals can't always keep track of how they conduct their business. If Smart Travel Deals becomes aware of any detail that's not completely accurate in its information, it will rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Claim / Complaints Process
Any complaints with respect to the quality of the parking service provided should be made to Smart Travel Deals customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org We will then contact the service provider with the details to resolve the matter. Please include your perspective in as much detail as possible including paperwork and photographs. Your Service Provider will contact you directly to address your complaint and resolve the matter.
Smart Travel Deals staff does not pick up, store and deliver customer vehicles. All the complaints with regards to the quality or punctuality of parking services including loss, damage and delays are the responsibility of your chosen service provider according to their terms and conditions.
Any complaints regarding the provision of your car parking service must be received via email within 3 days of the day you collect your vehicle from the service provider, any complaint received after this time period will not be considered.
Customers are advised to fully inspect their vehicle upon return in the presence of their service provider’s representative as the service providers do not take any responsibility for the damage claims, made or alleged, once the vehicle has been collected, whatever the circumstances. The customer should ensure not to drive away until this process has been taken care of diligently.
Customers must make sure that their parking docket is signed both on departure and return by their Service Provider. Any damages, claims or other issues must be recorded on docket along with relevant photographs.
All bookings are subjected to the terms and conditions of the chosen service provider and the customer accepts that all claims regarding damage or loss caused by the service provider must be claimed from the service provider′s insurance and must be reported at the time of collection.
If you face any problem at your chosen car park, please inform your service provider immediately to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation for you.
The car parks will be liable for proven acts of their negligence and consequent damages.
All complaints regarding the processing of a customer′s booking should be forwarded to Smart Travel Deals.
In a case where a complaint is upheld, it is Smart Travel Deals’ policy not to make monetary refunds or any partial refunds and any offer hence made by the website shall only be made in conjunction with a future use of its services.
As a booking agent for the service provider the Smart Travel Deals is liable to the customer only for losses directly arising from any negligence of the company in processing a booking. Smart Travel Deals staff does not pick up, store and deliver customer vehicles. Any claims by the customer in respect of the delivery of the car parking services must be made against the service provider and subject to its terms and conditions.
Any complaints in relation to the quality of the car parking service provided should be made in writing to Service Providers as soon as possible with a copy sent to Smart Travel Deals. Complaints should be raised with as much detail as possible including paperwork and photographs.
